- Cardiovascular. Using the stairs instead of the elevator is health-giving for your heart and cardiovascular system.
- Sporadic. I do physical activity only, when I have time. I guess I'm sporadic.
- Fatigue. Working out too much may cause fatigue, so make sure you have enough rest.
- Stretching. Stretching will icrease the flexibility of your muscles.
- Treadmill. You can jogging on the treadmill if you don't want to go outside.
- Strenuous. walking is the most strenuous exercise for the starters.
- Joints. Stretching is also good for your joints.
- Pedometer. Many people use a pedometer to count the amount of steps they've taken.
- Strengthen. Swimming strengthens your upper and lower body.
- Nutrition. You need proper nutrition to eat every day. Like Soylent Green!
