their cases? What might be the pros and cons of video coverage of Supreme Court
cases for both viewers and the Supreme Court?
I think,
the main problem with allowing cameras during the trial is that reporters with
cameras could be very noisy and they
would distract judges, because judges should be very attentive considerate
towards the case. On the other hand, allowing video coverage may help to
increase people's trust and assurance to the Court.
